BOC COVID-19/Coronavirus Ticket Policy

Dear BOC Friends and Patrons,

We know that postponing our production of Opera Bites is the right thing to do to help protect the health of our patrons, performers, neighbors and communities. However, it  creates a serious financial bind for our small company. More than ever, we’re relying on the generosity and patience of our supportive community to help us weather this storm.

For the tickets you have purchased to Opera Bites, we hope that you can find one of these solutions acceptable:

1. Keep your ticket for our rescheduled performance. We hope to reschedule Opera Bites in in the near future. Please consider holding on to your ticket(s) until we announce dates for these performances. We plan to make an announcement by May 1, 2020.

2. Accept a credit for our 2020-21 season. If you are not able to attend the show on the rescheduled date(s), we are happy to credit you towards a future performance with BOC in the 2020-2021 season (season TBA).

3. Donate the cost of your ticket to BOC. If you are unable to be with us next season, please consider donating your tickets back to BOC as a tax-deductible contribution.

If none of these suggestions are satisfactory, BOC will provide a refund of the full ticket value (we regret that we cannot refund processing fees)  via the original payment method used to purchase the tickets. It may take up to 1-2 business weeks for refunds to be fully processed.

We thank you, in advance, for your generosity and for supporting the arts in this time of great uncertainty.
